This is a paper bag made from Ground waste Stone. " Rockstock" is tear resistant, 100% waterproof, Moth & insect proof, food-grade, Photo-degradable, and recyclable.

We are able to supply printed 'bags from stone' from one spot colour to full colour' Plus pattern embossing, Foiling, etc.

This paper does not require film lamination to give strength.

Rockstock degrades in sunlight in 6 months and cracks like an eggshell until degraded. Keeps indefinitely indoors.



The paper's matte soft feel and quality look is ideal for point of sale bags especially with their tear strength, cost, and environmental benefits.

This technology has given new papermaking principles, producing a family of paper products which are pulp-free. Harvesting trees to make paper is therefore, no longer, the only option.

This new invention will relax the pressures to fell trees.

A key motivation to the design of this ingenious waterless papermaking technology comes from the passion the manufacturer has towards protecting the environment. Unlike traditional papermaking methods, this does not require copious amounts of precious water to get rid of the acid, alkali, bleaching agents and base which are used extensively in traditional paper manufacturing.

Experimentations on Paper samples with a thickness of 200μm showed the paper began to photo-degrade and crack like an egg shell when exposed to direct sunlight for approximately 6 months. The paper will not photo-degrade in your home when kept indoors and away from sunlight.

These Paper Products can be recycled by converting used paper into pellets. The pellets can then be used in the production of coloured paper. (subject to recycle location ability) or burned in a furnace to create energy without toxic gas.

In contrast, traditional methods of recycling pulp-paper is a complex process which requires water for further bleaching processes resulting in waste water which needs to be treated. The simplicity in recycling these Paper Products reduces resource wastage. Rockstock can be recycled with number 2 plastics as calcium carbonate is used as a filler in making plastic.
